Mining Department
The mining department of Simaqand Company is considered the oldest department of the company after the cement group. The main activity of this sector is to provide equipment needed by the country’s mines in various sectors of mineral exploration, extraction, and processing. In order to provide appropriate solutions to the problems of mining activists, this department represents well-known companies from Western Europe, Russia, South Africa, and China, including exclusive representatives of reputable European brands such as Neyrtec Mineral and Erga.
This company is also able to supply mining machinery such as shovels, dump trucks, drilling rigs, headstocks, and all equipment related to processing plants such as various types of crushers and grinders, material classification equipment, high-grade equipment, various types of thickeners, various types of filters, material transfer systems, water recycling equipment, and various types of pumps.
It is worth noting that Simaqand Company has the ability to coordinate the design of industrial-scale production lines and the provision of relevant equipment, as well as conducting laboratory and semi-industrial tests by foreign or Iranian partners. In other words, Simaqand is capable of building and operating mineral processing plants on a turnkey basis.
Among the activities of this department are the following:
- Supply of complete mechanism and drive system (Drive Units) for 12 and 24 meter thickeners of Songun Molybdenum Complex
- Khatoon Abad Melting and Refining Filter Press
- Design, modeling and conducting pilot tests in France and supplying hydrocyclone clusters to Iran Kaolin Company (ICCCaolin)
- Supply of abrasive scrubber for silica purification, hydrocyclone, paste thickener and high intensity dry magnetic separator for Kaveh Glass Industrial Group
- Supply of filter presses, gearboxes, headworks and other equipment for iron ore mines including Sangan, Chadormaloo and Golgohar
