Simaghand Company was established in August 1974 (Mordad 1353 in the Iranian calendar) initially for the purpose of engineering and executing industrial projects. Subsequently, it expanded its activities by introducing renowned global companies to the Iranian industrial market. The company began its operations in the cement, energy, and steel industries, and later significantly expanded into the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors by representing reputable companies from Western Europe as well as major Asian countries (China, India, and South Korea) in Iran’s industrial market.
